Your eCommerce Evolution Checklist

It’s been exactly two years since the pandemic started and took us and the world into the rollercoaster of our lives. Businesses of all sizes working under various industries were hit hard with imposed lockdowns that challenged every aspect of running a business. This was harder especially for small and medium retailers.

Through our capacity to quickly adapt, we finally moved retail into cyberspace -at significant scale. This was a moment to celebrate despite the inconvenience, the fear, grief and shock most of us felt at varying degrees.

Many small as well as medium retailers turned to quick and cheap solutions, and they were right to do so. If you’ve never sold online before, our advise was always to signup for hosted eCommerce services or ready solutions the first year or two, to learn the lingo, the ecosystem and better come to understand your needs before marching on creating your own eCommerce experience and platform.

And now, as the first Spring of the new normal is only days away, we wanted to share a checklist to help guide you into the 5 areas that need your attention in order to evolve your eCommerce venture forward, hopefully in the months and year to come!

We will share tips for each area everyday on our Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn pages, but you are welcome to download the full checklist.
