An engaging mobile experience to select construction products, anytime, anywhere.

Following the launch of DCP's global website, we built a companion mobile app that brings the product selection experience to customers and resellers on the go. The app simplifies the process of finding the right construction product and calculating the correct quantity, turning what used to require catalogs and sales calls into a few guided steps on a phone.
DCP's customers and resellers needed a faster way to navigate a complex product catalog in the field. The existing web experience served the brand well, but on-site decision-making required something more immediate, a mobile tool that could guide users from product category to specific SKU to quantity calculation without friction.
We designed an interactive step-by-step product selector optimized for mobile, backed by the same Drupal content layer powering DCP's global site. The app supports multiple languages to match DCP's international presence, and the product data syncs from a single CMS, ensuring consistency between web and mobile experiences.
Built with React Native for cross-platform reach and connected to a Drupal 8 backend with MySQL, the app features an interactive product selector, multilingual support, and content management tools that let DCP's team maintain product data once and publish everywhere. The shared backend with the global website means product updates propagate to both channels automatically.
DCP's customers and resellers can now select products and calculate quantities on the go, reducing dependency on printed catalogs and back-and-forth with sales reps. The shared CMS architecture means DCP manages one product catalog that feeds both their website and mobile app, less duplication, fewer errors, faster updates.
