Arabia's leading motherhood website, rebuilt from the ground up.

Before the mobile platform, there was the website. 360 Moms came to us to rebuild their core content experience on a more robust CMS, restructure years of accumulated content, and introduce the first version of their rewards program. This was the foundation that everything else would build on.
360 Moms had grown fast, but their content management system hadn't kept up. Years of content needed restructuring, the navigation had become unwieldy, and the team wanted to introduce a rewards card program to deepen engagement. The platform needed a full rebuild, not a patch.
We worked closely with the founder to simplify the content structure and deliver it through an intuitive navigation system. Alongside the core rebuild, we developed a beta of the rewards card sub-product, including user registration, QR code integration, and online payment capabilities, as well as a Q&A feature to foster community interaction.
Built on Drupal 7 with MySQL, the rebuilt platform features a restructured content architecture, simplified navigation, a rewards management system with QR code support, online payment integration, and a community Q&A module. The CMS gives the editorial team full autonomy over content without technical dependencies.
360 Moms got a platform that matched the scale of their audience. The content restructure made the site navigable again, the rewards beta proved the engagement model that would later become the mobile app, and the team gained the editorial tools to keep growing independently.
