Capital Bank of Jordan needed a website redesign that puts customers first. We implemented the new design and built a robust content and customer management system that serves all of the bank's major segments while giving the internal team the tools to manage content, forms, and customer interactions independently.
Capital Bank's existing website wasn't serving its diverse customer base effectively. Different segments, from personal banking to corporate, needed tailored experiences, and the bank needed backend tools to manage content and customer inquiries without constant developer support.
We focused on delivering the new customer-centric design while building a robust backend: a content management system for flexible page management, a form builder for customer-facing applications, and interactive calculators that let visitors explore financial products on their own terms.
Built on Drupal 7, the platform features a form builder for applications and inquiries, interactive financial calculators, and a content management system designed to support the bank's multi-segment structure. The backend gives the team full control over content and customer touchpoints.
Capital Bank now has a website that speaks to each of its customer segments clearly. The interactive calculators and form builder have turned the site into a self-service tool for customers, while the CMS keeps the team in control of the experience.
