The Embassy of Jordan in Washington, D.C. needed a website that could serve as both a communications hub and a diplomatic resource. We built a platform that promotes Jordan's peace outlook, facilitates engagement with US-based media and organizations, and serves as the definitive online home for Jordan's presence in the United States.
The Challenge
The Embassy needed a digital platform that goes beyond basic information. It had to serve as an effective communications channel for engaging with US media and organizations, promote Jordan's diplomatic positions, and provide resources for the Jordanian and American communities it serves.
Our Approach
We built the site around strong content management and multimedia capabilities, with a forms manager for inquiries and engagement, and audio/video integration to support the Embassy's media outreach. The CMS was designed for the communications team to keep the site current with diplomatic activities and events.
Execution
Built on Drupal 7, the platform features a forms manager for public inquiries and engagement, audio and video integration for media content, and a content management system designed for the pace and sensitivity of diplomatic communications.
Impact
The Embassy now has a digital platform that serves its dual role: a public resource for anyone engaging with Jordan in the US, and a communications tool that keeps pace with the Embassy's diplomatic activities and media outreach.
