Delta Insurance needed to move beyond a basic web presence and establish a digital footprint that reflects the maturity of their brand. We built a corporate experience hub that makes it easy for visitors to explore Delta's services and connect with the right team, backed by a Salesforce integration that gives sales real-time visibility into incoming interest.
Delta Insurance had outgrown their existing digital presence. They needed a platform that clearly communicates their range of insurance products, builds confidence with prospective customers, and captures interest in a way their team can actually act on.
We designed the experience around a homepage service selector that helps visitors quickly navigate to the insurance product relevant to them. On the backend, we integrated the site with Salesforce and Delta's internal systems so that every inquiry flows directly to the sales team, no manual handoffs.
Built on Drupal with Salesforce integration and connections to Delta's internal systems, the hub bridges the public-facing experience with Delta's operational workflow. The service selector reduces navigation friction, while the CRM integration ensures leads reach the sales team in real time with context on what the visitor was exploring.
Delta now has a digital presence that actively supports their business development. The Salesforce integration turned the website from a brochure into a lead capture tool, and the structured service navigation helps visitors self-serve with less friction.
