Jordan Ahli Bank needed more than a digital brochure. We built a corporate experience hub that helps customers explore services, calculate loans, and apply online, while giving the bank's staff the tools to manage leads, run campaigns, and respond to every inquiry.
Jordan Ahli Bank's existing website wasn't generating business. Customers couldn't self-serve, leads weren't being captured, and the marketing team had no digital tools for campaigns. The bank needed a website that actively drives customer acquisition and supports internal operations.
We built customer-facing tools like loan calculators and application forms alongside internal systems for lead management and campaign execution. A forms builder and block management system give the team flexibility to adapt the site to new products and promotions without developer involvement.
Built on Drupal 7 with AJAX-powered interactive elements, the platform features loan calculators, online application forms, a campaign management system, a forms builder, block management for flexible page layouts, and an advanced CMS. The customer management backend lets bank staff track and respond to all incoming leads from a single interface.
Jordan Ahli Bank's website went from a static presence to an active lead generation channel. Customers can research products and apply online, the marketing team runs campaigns independently, and every lead flows into a system where staff can follow up efficiently.
