Empowering citizens to shape their neighborhoods, one report at a time.

BALLEGH BALADYTAK is a civic reporting platform that connects citizens directly to their municipality. Residents can report issues in their built environment through a simple mobile app, and municipal officers can receive, track, and resolve those reports, closing the loop with the citizen who raised the concern.
Citizens had no easy way to report issues like broken infrastructure, waste, or public safety concerns to their municipality, and municipalities had no structured way to receive and act on citizen feedback. The gap between noticing a problem and getting it fixed was wide and frustrating on both sides.
We designed a two-sided workflow: a simple, geo-mapped reporting experience for citizens and a management interface for municipal officers to receive reports, assign them for action, and report resolutions back through the platform. The goal was to create a feedback loop that builds trust between residents and local government.
Built on Yii 2 with Android, the platform features a citizen reporting app with geo-mapping for location-tagged reports, a municipal dashboard for receiving and managing citizen submissions, and a resolution workflow that lets officers close the loop by reporting fixes back to the community.
BALLEGH BALADYTAK created a direct line between citizens and their local government. Residents can flag issues from their phone and see them resolved, while municipalities gain visibility into what their communities need most.
