MoveSouq came to us at the earliest stage: an idea that needed to get in front of users fast. We built the MVP that let UAE residents request moving quotes online and gave the startup team a simple backend to manage incoming requests. Lean, focused, and built for speed.
The Challenge
MoveSouq needed to validate their concept quickly. They didn't need a fully built marketplace yet. They needed the simplest possible version: a way for customers to request quotes and a way for the team to manage those requests, shipped as fast as possible.
Our Approach
We kept the scope tight: a clean, user-friendly website for requesting moving quotes with a backend forms system for the team to view and manage submissions. No over-engineering, just enough to get the product in front of real users and start learning.
Execution
Built on Drupal 7 with a custom forms system, the MVP gives customers a straightforward way to request moving quotes online. The backend lets the MoveSouq team view, manage, and respond to all incoming requests from a single interface.
Impact
MoveSouq went from idea to live product quickly, with a functional MVP that let them start acquiring customers and validating their market in the UAE.
