The craftsmanship community lacked a central digital space. Training opportunities were scattered, skilled craftspeople had no way to present themselves online, and employers looking for talent had no dedicated place to search. Bena'a needed to connect all three sides of this ecosystem on a single platform.

We designed the platform around three core experiences: discovery (finding training and opportunities through advanced search), identity (user profiles that showcase skills and experience), and marketplace (connecting craftspeople with employers and customers). An ads management layer was added to support monetization and promotional partnerships.

Built on Yii 2.0 with MySQL, the platform features user profiles for craftspeople and employers, advanced search for navigating training programs and job listings, an eCommerce layer for transactional features, and an ads management system for revenue generation. The architecture supports a growing community with multiple user types and content streams.

Bena'a created a dedicated digital ecosystem for the craftsmanship community. People can discover training, build a profile around their skills, and connect with employers, all through a single platform that grows more valuable as the community grows.
