The Client
EasyGifts' founding team approached us late 2017 with their concept. They were looking for a great design and development team to translate the concept into a great user experience with a robust eCommerce engine that would help them operate the platform.
Product Strategy
Our team worked with the clients' management as well as their design & operational team on their product and user experience strategy — helping translate the "easy" part of gifting into every aspect of the experience: browsing gifts, payment, and how gifts are sent to and received by loved ones.
MVP Development
While the client's design team was working, we started architecting the platform that would run EasyGifts' MVP — including coding the eCommerce backbone: the backend, the APIs interacting with the mobile apps, integrations with payment gateways and delivery partners.

Infrastructure & DevOps
Just before launch we designed and deployed a robust, reliable initial cloud hosting environment to serve initial usage. After the alpha and beta launches we continued working with the founding team on all of their product development needs.
